Back in February, we posted to this blog with information on the newly announced Bolt and Bolt EUV all-electric vehicles from Chevrolet. Today, we’re going to take a deeper dive into the All-New Bolt EUV, one of Chevrolet’s most exciting new vehicles, and learn more about its features and capabilities with a British Columbian context in mind.
The first question with many prospective drivers is: how far can I drive in an electric vehicle? With the Bolt EUV, your maximum distance on a single charge is considerable with 397km of estimated all-electric range. Let’s say you live in Langley and commute to Downtown Vancouver with a round-trip commute of approximately 90km per day. You could easily make the commute there and back four times with range to spare. There’s also the potential to go even further when recapturing energy using the Bolt EUV’s regen on demand, energy assist, and one pedal driving features. Thinking about going on a road trip? Langley to Whistler is around 166km one way, 332km round-trip. That’s well within the 397km of estimated range you get with the Chevrolet Bolt EUV.
