Buick Refreshes Encore GX With New 2024 Model

Buick is heading in a bold new direction, as shown in their Wildcat EV Concept vehicle. The brand’s new design language and philosophy first shown off by the Wildcat EV have been brought to the redesigned 2024 Buck Encore GX, set to arrive later this Spring. The new Encore GX features a number of exterior changes, including a sleek front end and the brand-new updated Buick tri-shield logo.

“The Encore GX is the first production vehicle that incorporates a lot of the new face of Buick design elements as well as technologies. Just looking at both of them, you can see the similarity with the front end, both of them incorporating a lot of the signatures for the new face of Buick, like the projector beam lamps on the front end,” said Heba Amin, National Marketing Manager at Buick.

Drivers can choose from the Encore’s Preferred trim, the athletic Sport Touring trim, or the refined Avenir trim. Avenir features luxury touches like embroidered logos on the front head restraints, while ST includes performance details like a new flat bottom steering wheel. Drivers of the Preferred trim still get access to great features like LED headlamps, new 18” aluminum wheels, a heated steering wheel, and heated seats.

No matter which trim you choose, Encore GX features premium seating for five passengers and ample storage space thanks to 60/40 split rear and flat-folding front-passenger seats.

Although Encore GX will feature a more traditional combustion engine, Buick is heading in a bold new direction this decade. “We are working on this plan towards an all electric future where the entire lineup will be all electric by the end of the decade,” further explained Amin.
