Cadillac LYRIQ: Where Tech Meets RWD
The highly anticipated All-Electric Cadillac LYRIQ is beginning to arrive at Preston Cadillac this Fall. In today’s blog post, we’re going to take a closer look at the LYRIQ’s Tech trim level as well as the vehicles’s rear-wheel-drive capabilities.
With Tech, Luxury, and Sport trim levels to choose from, the Cadillac LYRIQ offers a wide range of features and driver experiences. Tech is intuitively designed with just about every modern convenience you need in a vehicle. The Cadillac Smart System suite of safety and driver assistance features comes standard on Tech, along with a massive 33” advanced LED display. One-Pedal Driving and Regen on Demand helps keep your LYRIQ’s battery topped up as you drive, while wireless phone charging and built-in Google compatibility keeps you connected on the road. Finally, you can enjoy the environment around you with a fixed full glass roof featuring a power sunshade.
Did you know that a Cadillac LYRIQ Tech gets approximately 505 km of range, as estimated by GM, on a full charge with its rear-wheel drive system? This is approximately 11 km of additional range vs a LYRIQ with All-Wheel Drive. With RWD, your LYRIQ can reach an estimated 340 hp and 325 lb.-ft. of torque thanks to its powerful drive motor. Underpinned by the Ultium EV battery platform, LYRIQ delivers a sporty, responsive, and agile drive. In auto publication Car and Driver’s tests, the RWD LYRIQ obtained a 0 to 60 mph time of less than 6 seconds.
