Keith @ the Service dept goes the extra mile! I had to take my car in as all the tricks available on Google did not resolve the issue with my rear passenger seat belt (which would not release into the roller in order to allow me to disentangle it from the headrest). Keith is the courtesy driver for Preston but clearly has some auto repair years under his belt. He retrieved the necessary tools from the repairs dept to take things apart and restored the seatbelt function. All as a courtesy to me! Clearly this gentleman shines as a gold star in customer service at Preston Chev Olds Langley! I have been a customer since 2008 and Preston has consistently been good and fair in their dealings with me. Thank you Keith!
