I have been absolutely blown away by the service from the sales department. The vehicle we ordered has been held up because of a chip and I can only imagine how frustrating that must be for the dealership. Paul McDonald the sales manager has given us regular updates and walked through any information he can get his hands on. He also made sure that we completed paperwork when we ordered the vehicle so I was actually able to reserve the interest rate offer that GM had available at the time (super helpful since rates have gone up!). Just really first class service at a time when we know their industry is going through some big challenges. So although I do wish my vehicle was here – I just can’t say enough about how well they have handled it. THANK YOU!
