Ignore all other reviews. Anyone with a problem must not understand auto repair or dealership prices. I received the best customer care I have ever had. The team drove me back and forth from my breakdown. The tow was organized for me and they ubered me if they couldnt get a driver for me. The advisor Sarah went above and beyond any duty of a car rep. The team offered to tow me with personal vehicles and even the shuttle driver got out to look at my car to try and help on the initial meet. They were understanding and squeezed me in on a busy day and are wonderful kind people. Also the shop workers went out of their way to make my fix, faster. The pricing was adjusted at the end to better fit the labor, instead of the initial quote. I could not have asked for a better experience with my dealer. If all of my car troubles happened with preston I would be happy. Thanks team !

We had problem with the heated seats. They took good care of us, gave us a loaner for both visits and washed and vacuumed our vehicle. Great to know that good auto dealerships do exist. My salesman Arjun didn't pull any fast ones on us and we got a great deal.

So far so good. Excellent experience getting a test drive for a 2023 Chevrolet Bolt. Sales and Lease Consutant Jeff Walters was very knowledgeable about electric cars and their operation in general and about all trims and variations of the Chevy Bolt in particular. This was the best experience I've had at a dealership for at least 20 years and 4 vehicle purchases. Hopefully the next phase, including waiting for the delivery of my 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EV will be just as pleasant and trouble free.

I have been absolutely blown away by the service from the sales department. The vehicle we ordered has been held up because of a chip and I can only imagine how frustrating that must be for the dealership. Paul McDonald the sales manager has given us regular updates and walked through any information he can get his hands on. He also made sure that we completed paperwork when we ordered the vehicle so I was actually able to reserve the interest rate offer that GM had available at the time (super helpful since rates have gone up!). Just really first class service at a time when we know their industry is going through some big challenges. So although I do wish my vehicle was here - I just can't say enough about how well they have handled it. THANK YOU!

This dealership is firing on all cylinders ! From the moment I arrived with my truck to the moment I left; the service was amazing. Sarah was so professional and thorough.
